Not satisfied with Vivacorder Pro? Request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase — or within 30 days of any renewal — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. You have two ways to request one:

  1. 1Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout. From there you can request a refund and manage your subscription.
  2. 2Email us at support@vivacorder.com and we'll forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

After a refund

When a refund is processed your Pro subscription ends and your account drops to the Free tier. Any projects already on your device remain yours; you can keep using Vivacorder for free.
